About Allos

Allos ventured into the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) industry in 2015, driven by a deep sense of frustration with the existing landscape. The services available were impersonal, reactive, and often unreliable, leaving employers underwhelmed and without a compelling alternative. They set out to bridge the gap between downstream crisis response and upstream prevention, becoming the change they wanted to see in the industry.

Since their inception, Allos has been dedicated to delivering innovative EAP solutions and managing psychosocial risks in the workplace. By focusing on upstream prevention, they have demonstrated that it is possible to help employees thrive and organisations succeed. Their approach has transformed the way their clients perceive the value of an EAP – not just as a crisis hotline, but as a strategic partner.

Allos

At Allos, they have cultivated an environment where staff trust their service in times of critical need. They are building a community of ethically-driven employers who recognise that better workforce mental health is non-negotiable. Some of their clients operate in high-risk industries and cannot afford to be reactive, while others already offer excellent employee benefits and seek an EAP that matches their high standards. For many, it is simply the right thing to do.

As they look ahead, the future is bright for Allos Australia. They are ready to guide organisations on this transformative journey, empowering them to prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of their employees. Together, they are ready to shape a new era of workplace mental health, one that is proactive, sustainable, and truly valued by all.
